We collect the name, WhatsApp number, optional email, hotel and pickup area, tour date, quad setup, children’s ages and any notes you choose to provide. Please include medical information only when it is relevant to deciding whether the activity is suitable.
The information is used to answer your request, arrange the excursion with the operating partner, provide pickup and safety details, and keep an operational booking record. It is not sold for advertising.
Relevant booking details may be shared with the licensed operating partner and pickup team that must deliver your excursion. The operator’s legal name is stated in the final confirmation.
No payment is taken on this website. The displayed amount is the base tour price plus optional Comfort Kits you select. Any pickup-area supplement is confirmed before you accept the booking.
The applicable cancellation, weather and safety terms are sent with the final confirmation before acceptance. The operator may decline a participant when age, health, mobility, pregnancy, weather or safety conditions make the ride unsuitable.
